I would like to recommend awarding the Mayor’s Award for the Arts to Bitter Jester Creative, Inc. Bitter Jester should be given this award to recognize their numerous artistic achievements directly benefiting the Highland Park community, and to enable and encourage them to pursue even greater artistic ambitions.

Bitter Jester’s ability to create high quality, spur-of-the moment art greatly impressed this author. For example, while at the wedding reception for my brother, Dan Kullman took many photographs completely for his own enjoyment. The wedding organizer (my mother) ended up liking them more than those of the official wedding photographer and purchased the photos from Bitter Jester.

Please consider awarding the Mayor’s Award for the Arts to Bitter Jester Creative, Inc. They are truly a unique gem and asset of this community.
