Welcome To The 1st Annual Port Clinton Film Festival Amdur Productions and Bitter Jester Creative are proud to present the first annual Port Clinton Film Festival! This new festival continues a tradition begun in 1983 by the Port Clinton Art Festival of showcasing high quality art and entertainment on Chicago’s North Shore. Our goal this inaugural year is to introduce the compelling world of short films to the North Shore while looking back at classic feature films shot in Highland Park.   |
